General Class Information and How To Register
The class registration deadline is two weeks prior to each particular session. Registrations received after the two-week deadline will be accepted only as space permits and must be confirmed by calling the SOLINET office at 1.800.999.8558.
To help us better plan, we are continuing an "early bird" pricing schedule. By registering for most classes three weeks in advance, you'll save $10 on each registration. To qualify for the discount, registrations must be postmarked no later than three weeks prior and faxed registrations must be received no later than 5 p.m. three weeks prior to the class.
Please note that all registrations received less than two weeks prior to the session will be assessed a $25 late processing charge. Costs for classes vary. Please indicate the correct price on the registration form. If you are registering online, the adjustment for "early bird" or late processing charges will be made for you.
Complete a separate form for each person and class.
To Register Online
Through the Searchable Classes and Events Schedule, select the topic of your choice. Locate the session, date and location and click on the "Register" tab. Enter the requested information and click on the "Register" button at the bottom of the form.
To ensure the security of your credit card account, you must register through the SOLINET website (which offers the highest level of encryption) when paying with VISA or MasterCard. This will ensure that your credit card number and other personal information remain secure.
Three Ways to Register Offline:
- Indicate your method of payment and mail form(s) with payment to: SOLINET, 1438 W. Peachtree Street NW, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA, 30309-2955, ATTN: Educational Services.
- If registration fees are to be deducted from a subscription account or billed to the member organization, members are encouraged to fax the registrations. (FAX 404.892.7879.) PRINTABLE FORM
- Registrations will be accepted via e-mail at the following address: es@solinet.net. Please be sure to include the following information: Name, title, institution, OCLC symbol (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, fax number, name, date and location of the class, method of payment, and class fees.
No telephone registrations, please.

Registration Confirmation
Once you register for a SOLINET class you will receive a registration confirmation via e-mail within one (1) week. In rare instances, confirmation e-mails do not reach the intended recipient. If you do NOT receive a confirmation e-mail, please call SOLINET (1.800.999.8558, ext. 4918) to confirm your registration. Refreshments will be provided at the classes, but participants are responsible for their own lunch.
Educational Agreements with Other Networks
SOLINET members who wish to attend Amigos and OHIONET face-to-face classes (at Amigos and OHIONET member rates) need to register directly with those networks (the training agreement does not cover distance education).
For descriptions of Amigos courses, a schedule of events and to register, please go directly to the Amigos website. Amigos will accept prepayment or credit card.
For descriptions of OHIONET courses, a schedule of events and to register, please go directly to the OHIONET website. OHIONET will accept prepayment or credit card payment from non-OHIONET members.
FEDLINK Training Agreement
SOLINET has an agreement with the Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) to provide education at SOLINET rates for staff of FEDLINK member libraries. This agreement applies to both face-to-face and E-cademy sessions.
Individuals from FEDLINK member libraries who want to attend a SOLINET class need to register using the SOLINET registration form. FEDLINK members register at the “Affiliate Member” rate.
Cancellations
Classes with too few registrants may be cancelled. In such an event, registrants will be notified and fees refunded. Otherwise, registration fees are non-refundable.
