What Is Required to Host? (Requirements vary according to the class.)
- Training space that can accommodate from 12-50 people (depending on the nature of the class)
- Assorted AV equipment (overhead projector, VCR and monitor, data projector, etc.)
- Refreshments for morning and afternoon (SOLINET reimburses)
- A map to the class location to include with confirmation letters to participants
- A contract person available throughout the day to assist with meeting and greeting and troubleshooting
- If program involves hands-on training, access to PCs or workstations (generally 10) for a portion of the day
